AOC’s votes barely matter imo. They have no power to sway anything. She has reach on social media into the tens or hundreds of millions though. And she’s used that reach to be a passionate advocate for military aid to Israel. That’s where her impact is.

Hillary and Kamala were bad candidates (esp Hillary)
There is much more prejudice against female presidential candidates than for other offices
Because of how close 2016 was, Hillary would’ve won if she was a white man. But Kamala still would’ve lost

I don't think any current senator (or candidate for the senate who for sure is winning their primary this year) should run for president in 2028. We need to hold our ranks and build a stronger majority in the Senate.
The race will ultimately be between AOC, Harris, Newsom, and Buttigieg.
