@MaitreyaBhakal TCS CEO is right...it has been hiring 3rd grade engineers from 3rd grade educational institutions. Majority of them are pay-money-get-degree type graduates. TCS business model is Labour Arbitrage...not innovation. The CEO knows very well their own resources & capabilities !!

Nothing to see here folks. Just the co-founder of Infosys claiming that India must be a laggard, not a leader. This comes after the CEO of TCS already conceded defeat last year. It seems the "Vishwaguru" is not really interested in being a Guru, even in IT.

@manas_muduli Don't be so proud of this building-the more buildings they construct, the more commission politicians & babus get ! What is its worth if you don't have beds, instruments & enough doctors & staff in it? No govt does it as it doesn't bring commission. Ex:Dhenkanal Govt Hospital

Some day the BJP will lose power at the Centre and that day may not be very far. It could well be 2029; after all, change is inevitable in a 'democracy'. Even decades later, Modi's rule will be remembered as nightmare in India. Look at legacy of Stalin, or Mussolini ... remembered as nightmares Same will happen with Modi's legacy.
Abhishek@AbhishBanerj

Some day TMC will lose Bengal Could be 2026, 2031, 2036 ... Sure to happen in a democracy Even 20 yrs later, Lalu's rule is remembered as nightmare in Bihar. Look at legacy of Lalu, or Jyoti Basu ... remembered as nightmares Same will happen to Mamata one day

@RajivMessage @hvgoenka Sorry-he is comparing apples with pumpkins-because of his lack of knowledge of Economics 101 ! I glad @hvgoenka is joining this critique. I can’t go on alone because that has brought me persona attacks. The fact is that India’s combined IT sector has market cap of about 1% of global IT industry. This includes TCS, Infosys, Mahindra, and everyone else considered big deal in India. The cyber-coolie strategy built fortunes for a few billionaires. But China & USA own the key IP India must license/beg.

India vs Nvidia. A $3.5 trillion economy… yet its listed companies together are still valued less than a single chipmaker. Nvidia: $5.2T India: $4.97T The real question: are we underpriced… or underperforming where it matters most?

I’ll be honest - I’ve been living under a rock. As a small-town boy, I’ve never stepped foot in (and my parents could never have afforded) a school that charges ₹2–4 lakhs per quarter. And that’s before you add the transport fee (₹1-2 lakhs), registration fee (₹35,000), admission fee (₹2 lakhs), security deposit, uniforms, stationery, and all the extra-curricular activity charges. Ladies and gentlemen… meet the fee structure of Pathways School, Noida. Welcome to the other side of the moon.

Was looking at the fee structure of Shiv Nadar school in Noida. No way a person who doesn't earn by illegal means can admit his/her child here. Admission fees: ₹2.1 lakhs Caution money: ₹75k Foundations year: ₹1.11 lakh quarterly Why can't we have one country one school fees?

Emotional appeals don’t build nations-policy does. Sridhar Vembu asking Indians to “return and build Bharat” misses the point. Fix financial regulations, cut red tape, and make it easy to start and scale businesses. Capital will flow where opportunity exists-not sentiment.

A heartbreaking story from Keonjhar has shaken Odisha. Jeetu Munda, a poor villager from Mallipashi, lost his sister two months ago. ₹19,300 remained in her bank account. He reportedly made repeated visits to withdraw the money for urgent needs, but was told the account holder must come in person to sign. He kept explaining that she had died. No one listened. Left helpless by an insensitive system, he allegedly brought his sister’s skeletal remains to the bank just to prove the truth. Think about that. When rules are bent for corruption, files move fast. But when the poor need dignity, compassion and common sense, the system becomes rigid. This is not just one man’s tragedy. It is a mirror to governance, banking accountability and how India often treats its most vulnerable citizens. Odisha deserves answers. Who failed Jeetu Munda? And how many more suffer silently every day? Humanity should never require proof in bones. #Odisha #Keonjhar #Justice #BankingReform

Woah! Is this the first time a litigant has publicly boycotted a judge and their courtroom? In his letter to Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, Kejriwal states that not only will he not be participating in the present CBI Discharge case, but also not appear in any case related to BJP, RSS, and those in which SG Mehta appears in the future. He calls it a Satyagraha and is ready to face any consequences that may follow because of his stand. Whatever be the ending of this, seeing a politician not budge and take on a High Court judge in a case where conflict-of-interest is as clear as daylight is something to watch. “The principle that justice must not only be done, but must also be seen to be done, is among the most sacred assurances that a court gives to a citizen in a democracy. Respectfully, that assurance cannot be dishonoured by asking the citizen to ignore what anyone can plainly see in a case like this.” Indeed.
Arvind Kejriwal@ArvindKejriwal

In all humility and with complete respect for judiciary, I have written the following letter to Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma, informing her that pursuing Gandhian principles of Satyagraha, it won’t be possible for me to pursue this case in her court, either in person or through a counsel. I have taken this difficult decision after coming to the clear conclusion that the proceedings being conducted in her court do not, in any manner, satisfy the fundamental principle that ‘justice must not only be done but must also be seen to be done’. My participation in these proceedings, either myself or through a counsel will not achieve anything meaningful.
