@AlisonHernandez As a candidate for the upcoming police commissioner role, for my local area, I would really like to know. One of the other candidates who is standing has already gotten back to me with their view point and it's something that is important to a lot of people.

@AlisonHernandez What's your standpoint on medical cannabis, when legally prescribed it via a responsible and authorised body?

If none of our current government gets prison time for their actions, the UK is seriously broke. I am British and I'm so disgusted in our government, no accountability, just lie after lie to fill their own greed. Thank you for screwing the UK and lining your greedy pockets. W⚓s

However, if they applied the same 100-fold safety limit to alcohol then the maximum dose per day would be less than one drop of beer!

@altontowers Are you going to bother to reply to my partner's email regarding the assault that happened on your premises? It's been over 30 days, kind of shocking how bad your customer service has gotten.

@RoyalMailHelp . This sticker can be seen in every attempted delivery that you deliver elsewhere? Please point me to the complaints department for ignoring your own process...
Ap14ddg@Ap14ddg

@RoyalMailHelp , I was told you wouldn't leave parcels,so why have you ignored my delivery request and delivered an item to a neighbour?I specifically changed the delivery to when I'm back. This isn't the first time it's happened, why are you ignoring my return to office request?

I really do hope there's a long list of people complaining to @ofcom about @Channel4 and this clear problem. If you really think it's okay to be abusive then maybe go and get some help. (There really is no excuse apart from failures in the NHS meaning mental health is underfunded

Ps, you should have called out that abusive behaviour to show anyone in the same situation it's not right. Instead you skipped over this and didn't bother to put any help or support information on the end of this programme.. you support domestic violence clearly.

@Channel4 #MarriedAtFirstSight how did you let a woman be destroyed and controlled for a TV show? Maybe it's time to call an end to this sham of a series. Isn't this 2 series in a row that's been flagged for Abusive partners? Money talks? @womensaid

🚔 Another concerning video has emerged, this time from police body cam footage of a #MedicalCannabis patient stopped and searched on suspicion of supply by @NorfolkPolice. youtube.com/watch?v=aFfuY9… Medication was seized. Officer on radio: "We've just got some really sus circumstances, so I'm looking for anything that will flesh out grounds wise in terms of supply." It seems the officer was trying to find an offence which would stick after first being presented with information the suspect was infact a legal patient. "You've said you've been here, there and everywhere, and you've been kind of vague about where you've been. I'm going to take you for a search under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act." Under the same act, amendment 16A - medical cannabis usage was first legalised. Carrying prescription medication is not grounds for a stop and search, infact even searching under Section 10 of the Psychoactive Substances act shouldn't happen when in the 'workflow' of validating lawful cannabis patients. Patients must be assumed innocent until proven guilty. That would be unnecessary because I'm prescribed cannabis as you know." Officer: "Okay well I'm going to detain you for a search, it doesn't matter." "Is that necessary if I'm prescribed it?" Officer: "Have you got a @Cancard_UK on you?" "You don't need a Cancard you just need to be prescribed by a doctor, Cancards aren't legally valid." It appears this force is also attempting to validate possession using an inadmissible third-party business card, with no legal standing, despite these cards being overwhelming held by unlawful users without a legal prescription. Patient: "I can point you to a previous seizure of my medication here [uses phone], so if I if I type Norwich prescription seized - it should bring you up an article about a previous police seizure of my [legal] cannabis that resulted in PC [Redacted] having to return it. The officer finally seems to realise that this patient is well educated on the law, and that the force has previously incorrectly seized prescribed medication from him - he decides to radio the yard. Officer on radio: "Yeah um, he apparently has got a, err, he's been prescribed cannabis. Um, the investigation that he's been eliminated from can you just tell, me why he was eliminated from that please?" [Reply Unheard] Patient offers further evidence from email threads with his clinic, officer says it shouldn't be necessary and that he's going to attempt to get notes from the previous investigation which apparently should prove that he's a patient. Officer on radio: "This guy um as soon as I detained him, for research he says that he's got some weed on him, but he's prescribed it so far? The issue is there's an investigation from last year where police have essentially seized some weed from him, and he's legally proved that it's his and he's given it back. That's fine however we've got him coming off A16 on a moped and out of Southwell Road. He doesn't have a Cancard, he's got an actual prescription for it apparently. He showed us a news article that he's he's very proud of the fact that he got his weed back. [Unheard response assumed talking about amounts held.] I haven't actually asked that question. Umm, but I'm, to be honest if he's got, err, I suppose that's a question I do need to ask to be fair. I'll ask that, if it's load then he can come in for [arrest], but if not um I'll let him go, I guess." It seemed initially like the officer could be doing some further checks to see if the patient was in lawful possession, but this isn't the case: "[Patient], um what I'm going to do, um I'm going to search you anyway. The reason being is because ultimately what you've said to me is still quite suspicious because you might have a legal exemption for it which is totally fine." Patient: "Not an exemption, a prescription?" "Yeah regardless, we're talking we're using the same words aren't we, okay um, you might have that but it's obviously still illegal to supply isn't it, and you and I would agree that that's the case, so therefore if I find amount an amount on you that I don't believe is consistent with personal use..." [Cut-Off] Having a legal prescription cannot be treated as suspicious behaviour, and moreover the officer here cannot possibly ascertain what amount of cannabis a medical specialist could potentially prescribe to a patient. The patient could be taking his monthly 100g+ somewhere and that would be perfectly fine, and lawful. Patient: "For that reason I've brought a small amount with me." The patient is eventually searched, the officer is kind enough not to cuff the patient during the process - but his prescribed cannabis is seized, and a note is issued for the stop and search. While this is a very long breakdown of the more important points in the video, I'd like to finish by highlighting the patients attempt at the end of the ordeal to re-educate the officers correctly 👏 "I think there's some organizational learning needed, but that's not on yourselves, as I said to your colleague earlier that there's unfortunately a precedent set where @Cancard_UK a private organisation; who offer a legal defense for people that unlawfully possess cannabis; but have a genuine medical need for cannabis. It was originally created because the prescriptions were expensive and people turned to the black market. That's less of an issue these days but what Cancard did brilliantly was reach out to all 45 of the police forces and give um guidance that has been instilled amongst officers very well. It doesn't however talk about the prescription access route and how to verify one so it the rule should basically be the same as [other prescriptions]. It's basically the same as if you find a box of pills in a car, or you know like liquid morphine or something like that, you'd expect to see a prescriber's label, with somebody's name on it, as well as an ID card. Now in this case I don't have those with my medical cannabis because I have brought a small amount out of me, because of course often officers turn up concerned that I'd be carrying too much, so I'm a bit uneasy about it. Plus, of course, if it does get seized while I'm out if I take my tub with me that's like my supply for the month and that could be quite disruptive and it can affect my mental well being quite badly, and therefore you know I tend to leave the bulk of it at home, I hope you understand that." We received a reply from the @HouseOfCommons petition committee last night on a new petition for the @UKHomeOffice to issue new guidance to all police forces across the country on verifying legal medication cannabis prescriptions. More on that shortly.

Why am I living in a country that thinks it's okay to force people to sell land to a project that from the get go was questioned? Now this land is magically being sold to be developed on... BS, the first port of call should be to sell back to the previous owners. @RishiSunak WTF!
