Adrian Newey led teams in designing 12 WCC-winning F1 cars. The first was the Williams FW14B, sporting a V10 Renault engine. It won 10 of 16 races in 1992, and delivered Nigel Mansell's first and only WDC. Active suspension was revolutionary but was outlawed thereafter.

MV Ceyo is now moored in Gibraltar. When she entered the Med, she had technical problems and water ingress in the holds. Her fresh water and food situation was dire, the bilge pump gave out, and the captain transmitted a Mayday against the will of the ship owner (who threatened the crew). They are now in port and are receiving food from other ships. A Dutch journalist has been following them and will publish an article soon with the full story. The dark side of shipping, if you didn't know this already. Chances are, they will slap some patches on her and send her out to sea again

CHINESE GET A FREE PASS? A Chinese tanker just crossed the Strait of Hormuz by hugging the Iranian coast and flying its Chinese flag prominently. Two Indian carriers did the same after New Delhi called Tehran directly. The strait isn't technically closed. It's actually a membership club. China and India have cards.
