@Ugo1537217 @IRIran_Military So you admit Israel is not Palestine?

@smajors0477 @bennyjohnson @Im_InHisBook I think because Asif Merchant was arrested the day before the Butler attack the news got kind of muddled. There were tons of rumors flying around about who was responsible and it was natural to suspect that Iran had additional agents who decided go ahead and carry out the attack.
English

@Apismelfera @bennyjohnson @Im_InHisBook They tried to sell us on Iran being involved in Butler, too, though.
English

@smajors0477 @bennyjohnson @Im_InHisBook No, he's referring to the plot involving Asif Merchant and the other one involving Farhad Shakeri. Neither story was in the news for very long. Both are unrelated to the Butler Pennsylvania attack.
English

@bennyjohnson @Im_InHisBook Y'all really want us to believe that Iran went through all the trouble of an assassination attempt and THIS is the best guy they could get???? C'mon now.....

@ARCRaidersNews Aren't there power spikes anyway for people that don't do the expedition to keep all their blueprints while everyone that does the expo loses them all?
English

Embark says saving blueprints after an Expedition isn't 'off the table'.
ARC Raiders design director explains that it's a very rational thing for players to want, but he later noted blueprints cause big power spikes, making it tricky.
So instead, Embark is looking at more systemic changes to how blueprints are found, acquired or learned, rather than tying them to Expeditions.

@biscuit26a @archeohistories Thank you. I'm glad America and Japan were able to become allies and put the war behind us.

“Hit ’Em Harder” Submarine USS Harder Found Intact After 80 Years Beneath the Sea USS Harder, the famed “Hit ’Em Harder” submarine of World War II, has been discovered lying upright and almost completely intact more than 3,000 feet deep off Luzon. Found by the Lost 52 Project
After nearly eight decades hidden beneath the Pacific, the legendary USS Harder has been located resting upright more than 3,000 feet below the surface off the coast of Luzon in the Philippines. Nicknamed “Hit ’Em Harder,” the World War II submarine earned one of the most feared reputations in the U.S. Navy. During only five patrols in 1944, the vessel sank or damaged numerous Japanese destroyers and warships, disrupting enemy operations and forcing major changes in Japanese naval strategy.
The submarine was lost in August 1944 during its sixth patrol after engaging Japanese escort ships. All 79 crew members were lost. The recent discovery by the Lost 52 Project revealed the vessel remarkably preserved, standing as a silent memorial to its crew and their extraordinary combat record.
The USS Harder was a Gato-class submarine, designed for long-range Pacific operations and equipped with advanced sonar and torpedo systems for its time. Its aggressive patrols were so effective that Japanese forces reportedly began escorting supply convoys with heavier protection specifically because of the submarine’s attacks.
The USS Harder received six battle stars and a Presidential Unit Citation, one of the highest honors awarded to U.S. naval units for extraordinary heroism in combat.

@AaronF_1869 @BurtMaclin_FBI @ingelramdecoucy Yeah, she didn't have any intention of actually hitting him. However, she straightened her Wheels before she accelerated then she turned to the right. From his perspective, the officer could not know if she was going to turn right or turn into him to run him down.
English

@BurtMaclin_FBI @ingelramdecoucy If she wants to run him over why she's steering away from him. If her intention was to hit him, she would be turning left. He wouldn't have a chance.

@Submission2T @MarioNawfal Isis sure was cleared up quick. I remember watching the live map of the territory Isis was taking since I had a friend who was in turkey who I was concerned about . I recall being shocked how quickly Isis shrank to nothing after the previous administration struggled.

@MarioNawfal By July 2017, roughly six months into Trumps presidency, the U.S. had dropped about 20,650 bombs—that’s already 80% of the total dropped under Obama in all of 2016

🚨 BOMBS AWAY: OBAMA VS TRUMP - SAME WAR POWERS, DIFFERENT TARGETS
In 2016, Obama dropped 26,172 bombs across 7 nations - all without Congressional approval. That’s 3 bombs every hour, 24/7, for an entire year.
💣 Syria – 12,192
💣 Iraq – 12,095
💣 Libya – 496
💣 Yemen – 35
💣 Somalia – 14
💣 Pakistan – 3
💣 Afghanistan – 1,337
The strikes were justified under stretched post-9/11 authorizations, but Congress never voted on those campaigns.
Fast-forward to 2025:
Trump launches 36 bombs on Iran’s nuclear sites, bypassing Congress again - this time triggering international alarm and new questions about presidential war powers.

🚨🇺🇸 WHITE HOUSE TO IRANIANS: “TAKE AWAY” REGIME'S POWER IF PEACE TALKS FAIL Press Secretary claims Trump is still open to diplomacy, but warns that if Iran refuses, the people have the right to act. @PressSec: "If the Iranian regime refuses to come to a peaceful, diplomatic solution... why shouldn't the Iranian people take away the power of this incredibly violent regime?" On threats in the Strait of Hormuz: "I can assure you the administration is actively and closely monitoring the situation... and the Iranian regime would be foolish to make that decision. Our posture has not changed." Source: Fox news, C Span, @RapidResponse47

@aychecksee @JamesP35053042 @MasculineBased @CollinRugg Yep. A decision that they knew was too dangerous to make. The cons outweighed the benefit of having one in their arsenal. That would probably have remained the case.

@JamesP35053042 @MasculineBased @CollinRugg They were one decision away from making a nuke. I'm glad that's not on the table anymore.
English

@MasculineBased @CollinRugg Yup they've been 'months away' from a nuke since '95 but I'm stoked. I keep telling everyone the biggest problem in my life is Iran
