Even when you’ve taken wheels off, reduced seatpost, and it’s spotlessly clean? No. Because they won’t let you. As I found out when I punctured and they refused to pick me up.

However, all of our drivers are self-employed / own their own vehicles, leaving these types of decisions down to their own discretion at the point of contact
