@SantaClaraPower With these pole blown problems in the past, are they closer to an hour to repair or many hours? We just want to either not open freezers at all, or open asap and transfer food to neighbors in other towns. We all stocked up for the lockdown...

Outage update: We are currently working to switch around the problem to restore power to as many people as possible.
