@kanyankoleh @observerug Cannibalism has no place in Uganda, period. But neither do overgerneralized accusations that create fear and stigma for innocent people living in those areas.

I fear that area, of recent. Last December, I was told that some people in Mubende, Kyegegwa, kyenjojo eat humans. And that most of the activities happen at night when they do mind trapping and people begin to walk to places they don't know. While driving there at night, you meet people along the way past midnight hours and you can't tell whether they are okay or now. That area needs some serious deployment and investigation. Cannibalism should have no room in Uganda.
