What is happening in the UK is entirely the result of allowing the Daily Mail, GB News, Nigel Farage, Tommy Robinson, Andrew Tate, and all the others to spew their bile to hundeds of thousands every single day.

@GreenBhoy1967 It's you @snp lunatics that have made it so. With that fat turd Atkin in Glasgow, the place is dire. Go down to Pollockshaws and see rubbish everywhere, thrown on the street and alleyways by the third world despots that've been allowed to invade the UK.

From the Barras in Glasgow to its magnificent lochs and mountains, to the fishing villages of the East Neuk of FifeI love it all. To me Scotland is the best wee country in the world. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 But our Unionists rejoice in calling it a shitehole😡. Shameful 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We live in an authoritarian police state. Solidarity with Ellie Kamio, Sam Corner, Lottie Head, and Fatema Zainab Rajwani. Our struggles are linked. These sentences are an attack on all of us. xoxo BASH BACK

@chrisadonnelly Well said, @DrWHKitchen, you are correct. The ira/sinn fein headmaster doesn't care about the lad almost beheaded, as it's better to be at rally organised by murderers and their nutcase PBP side-kicks.

@MoatsTV Total bullshit, George. He was a member of the Ira and deserved to be eliminated. Not enough terrorists were.

My statement on the Filton 4 case, as an expert on the global arms trade: ‘These quadcopter drones are key instruments of genocide, used by the Israeli forces in Gaza for surveillance, targeting and to kill. Had they not been destroyed by these brave actionists, they could have easily ended up facilitating yet more killing and devastation. To call those who disabled them terrorists is a perverse distortion of the truth. The real outrage is the continued arming and enabling of a genocidal military campaign that has devastated an entire civilian population. Those who smashed these drones to pieces were not spreading terror - they were trying to prevent it.’
Huda Ammori@HudaAmmori

Tom Wainwright, one of the defence barristers, said of the destruction of drones: “They may have been involved in taking the lives of men, women and children in Gaza. That is why they acted. That’s something that – in a sane world – would be commended.” theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/j…

Wreckers make the headlines, the people make the place - & today the people of Belfast really showed up. I keep thinking of Anna Lo, what she would have thought of all of this. One thing I know for sure is she would have loved the city gathering to reaffirm our common humanity 💛

🚨 In more than 25 years of working on terrorism cases, I never thought I would see terrorism legislation used in a way that blurs the line between genuine national security concerns and the policing of political expression and protest. The sentencing of the Filton 4 raises profound questions about the direction of our justice system. Counter-terrorism laws exist to protect the public from serious threats, not to chill political dissent, including direct action protest. If we are not careful, we risk setting a dangerous precedent, one that many will view as driven not by principle, but by a desire to shield Israel from criticism. I strongly oppose what happened in this case today.
Amnesty UK@AmnestyUK

🚨BREAKING: Filton 4 sentenced as terrorists Amnesty opposes the use of terrorism powers in this case. It is completely disproportionate to punish protesters for criminal damage as if they were terrorists, a sentence which stays with you for life. The defendants in today’s case were sentenced as terrorists because prosecutors want to make an example of them. Today's decision shows how direct action protesters could be treated in the future. The use of terrorism laws against direct action protesters must end. Together we must continue calling out the abuse of power and fighting for our right to protest. Read our position: Criminal Damage, Direct Action, Terrorism: Misuse of counter-terrorism powers in the UK: amn.st/6015B87ZCx

Reform want to take us to a grim place. They've been in their right wing echo chamber for far too long. The vast majority of people in this country don't denigrate difference - we celebrate it.

No spines were shattered at Filton. The officer walked unaided from A&E. Later a small, hairline fracture to the transverse process (the bony projection that sticks out from the side of a vertebra) was identified & the officer was advised to take paracetamol. Truth matters.

@jeremycorbyn Terrorists of ira/sinn fein whom you supported and still do, were tried by a Judge. This is done to stop juries being intimidated and threatened, as happened when your friends appeared at jury trials, Jezza.

Sentenced and imprisoned on grounds of “terrorism” that no jury ever convicted them of. Meanwhile, the British government continues to aid and abet the greatest crime of our time. A historic miscarriage of justice — and a truly dark day for civil liberties in this country.
