@HT_Asheville the new rule that you have to wait for tables in the bar area is going to drive people away when there are open tables. Totally understand that you are understaffed but having people stand around when half the tables are open.

@CityofAsheville North Asheville and the more liberal sections have water. The poorer and more conservative areas are out of luck with no response from the “city leaders”. Has water been made available at distribution sites? Not that I have seen.
