Three years ago, I promised an American reader that I would translate “Megami Tensei” into English myself. In order to fulfill that promise, I am publishing this translation. However, since contractual matters were resolved this month, my partner and I are in discussions with an overseas publisher regarding the translation. My translation is not polished enough as English. But it is faithful to the original text. I hope it will help a translator I trust understand my Japanese. And I believe that translator will turn the sequels to “Megami Tensei”—"Warrior of the Demon City” and “The End of Reincarnation”—into wonderful English novels. @courtbanashi I'm not saying I would've been there even if they named it better(not the target audience) but that isekai ass title definitely made me skip over reading it. It could've been the cyberpunk event and I know I would've accidentally skipped it.

@_Beezul They're currently in the process of rebuilding the whole thing, so they cut off a huge chunk above and stuffed anyone that would've been there down in artist alley. Did you know there was a line to enter 18+ artist alley?

AX2026 is the worst year for artists in artist alley. Ya’ll did artists dirty. Shoved them all in the back of artist alley and cut the amount of artists down by at least 1/2 to make room for pokemon card resellers and temu shops. I might not be coming back to AX next year.

@Ayatosumi1 That's cuz genshin players are posers. Do you remember what they considered "boycotting"? Not spending money. That's it. They kept logging on and pulling. What a worthless attempt at a boycott. Not that not spending even mattered, most players are free to play anyway.

@demondaynote I was leaving the expo to go in line for cyberpunk and I noticed a huge line as I was going. I asked a dude what the line was for and he said to get in. This was like 6:30pm. I was shocked, in my 4 years of going I've never experienced that.

deadass the WORST anime expo year i’ve ever attended. they don’t know wtf they’re doing with crowd/road control this year. it’s hella overcrowded too. i’ve never felt suffocated at ax until this year and it’s the first time the pictures online actually do not lie.
