To be clear the International Criminal Court Act (2001) ,passed into law, makes clear the Home Secretary's responsibilities to implement warrants issued by ICC. What @YvetteCooperMP is saying is she is not certain whether the Gov might violate International and Domestic Law.

First 2 pictures: how the Victorians did the built environment. 3rd one: how we do it in Britain in the 2020s (directly outside). Is it so hard for a pavement to not look like sh*t? Outsourced, of course. But I also think council officers generally don’t care about this stuff.
