@Argos_Online spent over an hour trying to 'chat' with someone on the App. Absolutely no response whatsoever. Tried ringing, just going round in circles trying to get to the right department. Why do I have to make a minimum payment when my agreed plan is BNPL??

@Argos_Online If you read my message, I asked why I have to pay a minimum payment on an already previously agree BNPL plan. Surely the whole idea of BNPL, is that you pay in your own time, before the end of the plan???

@Argos_Online Nightmare with the new app, took me days to be able to upload it didn’t receive codes. Then it said that I needed to pay £0.00 or risk a late payment fee of £12.00. I got a late payment fee btw! And when I make payments the balance isn’t going down. Why change it!

How can @Argos_Online advertise goods they don't have? Offer free gift with lego sets but don't have gifts for some weeks and can't get them. I was told by rude member of staff to ask lego, not her problem. Is this breaking the law? False advertising?
