7 months into doing OA on Amazon and this is the first time I’ve surpassed £1,000 in sales in a day. In reality, my margins are around 16% for this month and over all, at 10% once everything else is factored such as Accountancy fees, mentoring, discord and CC fees.

@amznsellerhelp I need help regarding ‘Seller identity verification’ that is still currently pending. I have opened a case with seller support who haven’t reviewed my request properly and I have emails and case references that I can provide for assistance. #amazon #sellersupport

There has to be a solution to this problem? All we need to do is access seller central and provide @amazon with the information they’ve requested #sellercentral #help

Our whole business across 2 continents is now being affected and we are on our way to incurring a lot of financial loss

@dharmeshmehta We’ve had our Amazon Buyer Account affected which is stopping us from logging into Seller Central. Seller support sent us an email requesting a video verification and then proceeded to deactivate us 3 days later..

@AmazonHelp check my call log out. Multiple calls to customer support and I’m still no where close to being able to sort this issue. #amazon this isn’t fair and definitely isn’t customer support :(

@AmazonHelp just spoke to customer service again about a payment verification issue that’s put my Amazon account on hold. I keep being told the ‘security’ team need to have a look and they’ll contact me in 24 hours but this never happens.. I have tried over 20 times

Is there anyone on X that can help me and assist with what appears to be a simple issue of payment verification please #amazon

I’m also a seller on the platform and cannot access my account until the issue is resolved as per Seller Support

@amznsellerhelp I cannot log into my seller account due to Buyer Account issues. I need to prove my identity to reactivate my account and I cannot do that without logging in. CS has tried to help but failed.. surely there must be another way? #help #amazon

If there isn’t then where does this leave the seller account? Does it forever stay in that state

@amznsellerhelp my Account has been deactivated due to identity verification and I cannot login to prove this as my buyer account associated with the seller account has been closed. @amznsellerhelp I have reached out to customer services and they are unable to help anymore
