@cromaretail pathetic service & support FRM lcl str staff, 48 hrs passed since invoice of wtr pufir still not delivered. Installation god knows. As per cs team delivery was expected to be done yesterday no current status is available with them.For delivery & instal shld mail MD?

@airtelindia Service is getting worst day by day. No one is there to listen to complaints. Don’t bother to think about resolution. Using post paid service for more than 7 yrs and all together more than 15 yrs. Pathetic Service quality.

#indianrailway Traveling through 18006 from Tatanagar to a Howrah yesterday night train was reached 3:30 Hrs late and still not reached destination. Halted in a lonely place ever the train don’t have pantry car. Max people are starving from hungry.

Again 145 unwanted messages received in 10 min. Please do proper RCA and share the findings

@airtelindia in last few days facing issue with unwanted SMS. Thrice complained but no resolution. Just imagined in 25 min received 180 messages.

@indianrailway @AshwiniVaishnaw Tata to HWH via 12129 may arrive @ 3:10 AM & schedule time is 11:45 PM. Max trains are late no room is waiting halls / paid lounges what should we do? Tkt fare will increase/yr & service detorating. Should we not use railways for commuting Sir?

@PhonePe Just got a video where these two numbers are shown as the customer care number of Phonepe for blocking of Walet in case of phone lost. Checked both numbers in Truecaller and found it tagged as Phone pe customer service. Pls confirm regarding the authenticity of the nos.
