The project was later frustrated by the outgoing Adeleke administration. It is commendable that Fmr. Gov. Oyetola has now secured fresh FEC approval for Federal takeover and implementation of the project. This assures durable and standard reconstruction. The project also promotes local content through an indigenous contractor. It will boost jobs, trade, and development across Iwo, Ibadan, Osogbo, and nearby towns. Congratulations to all of us.
