I have been keep calling UKVI but they keep changing the timeline for the response to my escalation, I am in real need of that money, can you please help speed up the refund process

@ukhomeoffice it's been more than 12 weeks since I had new visa approval, my skilled worker Visa got extended, I need get IHS surcharge automatically with in 6 weeks but me and my wife didn't get my refund
