@MUFC__Prince Hard to have a clear identity against a low block. Man City and prime Liverpool look exactly the same as we did against low blocks. We just counter attack better. We also don’t have proper RB, LB, or LW. Hard to be dangerous from both sides without a full squad

Now that the dust has settled, let’s be honest about Carrick’s football.
Yes, the results look good. But outside of that Mancity and Arsenal performance, where is the clear identity?
I haven’t seen anything structurally better than what Amorim was building. It’s mostly counter-attacks, moments, and individual quality.
And if we’re being honest, that’s the exact formula that fooled us before.
That works in short bursts. It doesn’t win leagues and the Champions League unless we are just comfortable qualifying for the Champions League every season.
United can’t make the same mistake again - giving a permanent job off a good run without asking bigger questions.
We need a coach for the next five years, not just the next five months.
If we’re serious about competing in the Premier League and Champions League, vibes won’t be enough.

@UtdBloke_ Harry 100%. Luke Shaw is past him prime, injury prone and a bang average left back. Casemiro can only play 50% of games and only getting older. Love Case though

@UTDMegish Noticed United in the Sharp jerseys and really started following during Vodafone days.

🚨Pep is leaving because of Arteta, he knows the next decade is owned by Arteta . Pep has been in so much pressure the past 3 seasons from this guy, he can not keep up anymore .
Pep can not stay and be tormented and haunted by a guy who was his assistant, I understand, if was pep I would do the same
Arne Slot found Arteta battling injuries and VAR and still he got a competition, look at Arne Slot now .
Arteta is not a fling, he is the real deal, He built the team from the mud, and after facing Arteta at the Emirates Carrick , we are just warning you, people will have a different view of you Carrick .
Carrick you have only lived in the momentum, where the fans and the players are excited about changing a coach, most teams play well from that motivation but life starts when you are officially the manager .
Whatever happens, Arteta will be there, in the momentum, in the moment and when you become manager, and your own people will question your capabilities

@UtdXclusive He’s not that great going forward though….ill take Maz every day of the week and twice on Sunday over Dalot.
English

🚨 NEW: Diogo Dalot will believe he should be the first choice RB moving forward, himself better suited to a back four and also a player that can invert inside, something Carrick showed an appetite for at Middlesbrough.
Mazraoui offers less going forward than Dalot but is equally comfortable operating inside in midfield spaces and provides greater security defensively, something which may be more important than ever if Carrick is aiming for helter-skelter football.

@Footballtweet Crazy how many positions we need improvement in. Having this as our first team is just sad.
English

@TahirTalba @wealth_united_ Sold? That’s a crazy take. He’ll be world class in 5 years and we’d pay 120million for him if we sell. Look at pogba.
English

@UtdBloke_ He’s putting out the best team he can and his substitutions all made sense. At a certain point we need to blame the players. The focus on everything being the managers these days is ridiculous.

@wealth_united_ Yoro will be the next Varane if not better. Hes 18 he’s going to make mistakes and learn from them. Him and Heaven will be our CB duo for years to come.

He’s the worst captain in our history…
• Captained 2 European final losses.
• Captained 8th and 15th place finishes.
• Captained a 7-0 loss at Anfield.
• Captained City’s treble FA Cup final win.
• Captained our worst ever UCL campaign.
…not a fucking legend.

Is Bruno Fernandes a Manchester United legend?

@PreshUnfiltered Dirtiest moment in sports history? That’s not even the dirtiest foul in Liverpool history.
English

Sergio Ramos foul on Mo Salah would go down as the dirtiest moment in sports history
Liverpool vs Real Madrid 2018 UCL final. Liverpool were on par to win the game
On the 30th minute, he grab Mo Salah by the arm and dislocated his shoulder.😳
