To the idiots on both sides: you don't have to be early, but being on time is perfect. On the other side, firing someone after being late three times with a warning is justified. It's that for a regular person with a normal life earning one is a rare achievement that puts him miles ahead of the average guy. Go into any bjj gym without fighting experience and every single blue belt will destroy you.
