my personal interpretation is that they are very resentful of what they see to be liberal biases toward Black persons & minorities & not toward them. I am not saying that they are racists per se but definitely, they are a seething white majority that feels cheated of taxpayer money though in fact it is white persons who receive the most federal assistance, welfare, etc. just as white women were advantaged by DEI. but probably, they don't know these facts. Fox News just hates/hates/hates "welfare recipients" who are non-white.
