It’s hilarious and honestly I get it because odds are we likely get Darryn Peterson at the moment over AJ Dybantsa but it’s just extra funny because majority of the year everyone argued with me saying AJ was clearly #1.

Now on the flip side of this. With the Jazz having the most intel on Cam Boozer yet passing on him for AJ Dybantsa or Darryn Peterson would mean they REALLY like one of them.

The Jazz would not select Cam Boozer just because his dad Carlos Boozer is in a front office role. However, Utah will have the most intel on Cam Boozer than any other team in the league by a far. That leads me to believe if any team would take him #2 it would be the Jazz.

This is still crazy to me. This year will only be the 5th time in 52 yrs the Jazz have selected in the top 3 of the draft. So roughly once every 10 yrs we get an opportunity like this & you can argue this class may be a top 5 all-time draft class, especially at the top.

Bill Simmons just dropped a pod with a Ryan Smith interview. I haven't finished yet but it's very interesting. Ryan is devoted to Utah no doubt. He also goes into the Baby Ainge hire which is fascinating.

Ryan Smith told Cam Boozer at the combine that his dad Carlos was only able to get us to the Western Conference Finals and asked him what does he think he could do? Also mentioned he has a ton of Duke people texting him saying the decision is extremely easy.
