There’s a lot of people in the replies saying it’s genetic, not cultural. This is just dumb Darwinian evolution slop. Reject it wholesale. Sorry guys, Darwin was wrong. It is the truth that black culture, not their DNA, is responsible for this behavior. That is why white kids who grow up in it oftentimes adopt the same behavior & thinking, unless they had a good father in the home. And vice versa—a black person not raised in this environment does not act or think like this at all. Black culture encourages violence from toddlerhood. This is just the uncomfortable truth. It is taught from a young age. Fighting is simply a way of life in their community and something they’re taught to look for. Anything perceived as disrespectful warrants a violent reaction in their culture, and if you do not respond violently to perceived disrespect, you’re seen as a coward and outcast, even women. If you don’t respond to disrespect, everyone around will pressure you and say “oh you gonna let them talk/look that way to you?” This creates an environment where people are constantly on edge, always looking for a fight to prove their honor, & this is why white people are oftentimes the receivers of this violence because black culture treats the very presence of white people as disrespectful in many cases. Yes, it is a problem of black culture & indoctrinated thinking. It desperately needs to be addressed. No, it is not in their genes. Stop being dumb.

I went to a private Christian school that was majority black and experienced this kind of behavior the entire time. I had to hide in the bathroom and run to my bus to avoid getting beat up like this regularly. This is a culture issue that must be addressed.

Come on man. This is an everyone problem. We can't act like all men were also happy in their marriages historically. Everyone just learned to tolerate it in different ways. The problem isn't in the genders. It's in how misguided people are when it comes to how a long term relationship/marriage works. Both partners in a marriage, I don't care what era they were from or what gender they are, will absolutely do things that are counter productive to the long term viability of any marriage. I've lost count on how many marriages I've seen that have made it to 40+ years, make it there and have at least one partner wish they had left 15 years earlier. Pretend that everyone thought drinking milkshakes lead to weight loss and then you start saying things like this that the equivalent of "you gained weight with vanilla milkshakes. You gained weight with chocolate milkshakes. You gained weight with strawberry milkshakes. This is no longer a milkshake problem. This is a you problem." when the problem IS the wrong information about weight loss and the drinking of the milkshakes. No good comes out of this kind of post.
