@DCLjasonx again I believe ENS names are non-custodial by smart contract but DCL names aren’t custodial and can be withdrawn by DCL foundation admins if they are asked to do so by law, e.g., due to trademark infringement. Do you know?

New blood mints various 3 letter #DCL names. Makes sense if he is saving $600 per name compared to #ENS right 😜

I believe that once an #ENS is obtained by smart contract, it cannot be withdrawn, even by the admins. Is it the same for #DCL NAME? I'm not sure. For example, if there is a trademark withdrawal request, the Decentraland foundation would have to comply and can withdraw or ban the NAME right?
