@RailwaySeva @rpfwcr बिना मेरा पक्ष सुने शिकायत को बंद कर दिया गया rpf अपराधियों को पकड़ कर खुद Grp को सुपुर्द कर सकती है जिससे bns की धाराओं में FIR दर्ज कर उचित कार्यवाही हो सके किंतु rpf का यह कहना कि आप ट्रेन से उतर कर शिकायत दर्ज करवाएं, ऐसे तो यात्री की ट्रेन छूट जाएगी यह नियमसंगत नहीं है

My seat no. Was 79,80 in B1 coach. After boarded in train I found there is only 72 seats in B1 coach I left the train and missed my journey because of this blunder of your How and why did this happen?? How did you allocate the missing seats? PNR 6454374824 @RailwaySeva
