Soviet Russia was forced to the 1921 Riga treaty in the Soviet-Polish war ONLY AFTER it was militarily defeated by the newly born Polish Republic in the battles of Lviv and Warsaw. The Soviet Union was forced to the 1944 Moscow armistice in the Continuation war ONLY AFTER it was militarily defeated by Finland in the battles of Tali-Ihantala and Ilomantsi. The Russo-Ukrainian war might be ended with the relatively long-term peace ONLY AFTER Russia will be militarily defeated in this war. Therefore, the whole thrust of the Trump/Kellog efforts MUST BE redirected – from futile and fruitless attempts to achieve unachievable through economic sanctions/diplomatic pressure/any non-military means to the preparation and execution of the MILITARY DEFEAT of the Russian forces. This is the ONLY way to relatively long-lasting peace. For Ukraine, Russia and Europe.
