Found a picture of my grandfather, Tun Razak, @MuhammadAli @AliCenter and British heavy weight Joe Bugner. Ali vs Bugner fight was fought in KL in 1975. Unfortunately the 25000+ crowd that greeted Ali at Subang Airport didn’t buy tickets to watch the fight and it was a bust!

Ha, I said that to several managers at the time and they didn't believe me. It's the dirty little secret of EM that resident doctors' strikes are brilliant for us... there's usually more flow, more beds, nobody argues about referrals & it's easy to get specialty senior opinions!

NHS leadership finally catching up. Having the highest qualified, best trained & most experienced staff ie Consultant or Specialist Doctors deliver care is most efficient. Clinical management is faster, safer with less resource utilisation (expensive medical investigations).
