"everyone has a podcast ashe" I don't care. I love making my aesthetic videos with my brilliant friends, listening to them intently as they describe working hard on some frontier, in a beautiful place. I love sharing it out with you all. my life as a godard movie. for the female gaze. do the thing for you because you stand by it as a person because you love it

on frontier experiments: vasocomputation "the concept that our vascular system has a lot of intelligence and has the ability to compute...to see if we can find these latches and unlatch...in experiments that could lead to happier, healthier, more flourishing humans" - @timourxyz

TL;DR - we're about to have open source Claude Code in Rust
Alex Volkov@altryne

If you, like me, just woke up, let me catch you up on the Claude Code Leak (I know nothing, all conjecture): > Someone inside Anthropic, got switched to Adaptive reasoning mode > Their Claude Code switched to Sonnet > Committed the .map file of Claude Code > Effectively leaking the ENTIRE CC Source Code > @realsigridjin was tired after running 2 south korean hackathons in SF, saw the leak > Rules in Korea are different, he cloned the repo, went to sleep > Wakes up to 25K stars, and his GF begging him to take it down (she's a copyright lawyer) > Their team decided - how about we have agents rewrite this in Python!? Surely... this is more legal > Rewrite in Py > Board a plane to SK🇰🇷 > One of the guys decides python is slow, is now rewriting ALL OF CLAUDE CODE into Rust. > Anthropic cannot take down, cannot sue > Is this "fair use?" > TL;DR - we're about to have open source Claude Code in Rust

@zeldapoem goes for orgs as well I think of this as observing if someone’s hands are calloused and their reach out feels like a bruise in this case, more than happy to be a reminder that not everything is theirs for the taking

Sometimes you'll meet someone that everyone is raving about, and you'll discover they are SO overrated, and the only reason they are popular is because of some mysterious self-reinforcing forces, I'm sure you met one before. They're often entitled jerks. The next time you meet one, don't be a sheep, instead of licking their boots like everybody else just ignore them (or humble them if you have it in you)
