My Ola S1 Pro automatically stops when the battery reaches 25% charge and shows an error message. The scooter is still under warranty, but I’m facing serious issues with reliability. Requesting @OlaElectric to inspect the scooter and replace the battery if needed under warranty.

Dear @OlaElectric After the forced MoveOS 4.0.5 update on my OLA S1 Pro Gen 2, I have experienced a significant and consistent drop in range (approx.140km previously, now only 90km) This is affecting daily usability. Kindly treat this as a priority case.

I have even paid the cash for two items. I called the customer care once (on 21.08.2024) and they told me that the items will be delivered today (25.08.2024). Actually the Shirt was supposed to be delivered on 23rd August The courier service was @XpressBees_IN
