Heading to @averystableconf today in SF! top of mind Qs: - What does stablecoin utility look like in the US? - Who is building stablecoin infra for AI-Agents? - Can stablecoin cards exist without Visa/MC? Find me if you want to chat about the above! #AVSC2026

@AlliumLabs Does this also provide access to the Explorer Credits or just the Developer Credits?

this covers the financial txn use cases But we need separate “icebergs” for 2 other use case buckets: - payments (covers things like credit cards / settling in stables) - ownership (I.e. stablecoins for loyalty) Does sequence matter or will these icebergs occur in parallel?

@malekanoms @malekanoms - I very much agree that we need to understand existing systems to know how they may change or be disrupted in the future. But I find the payments and TradFi landscapes utterly complex. What’s the best way to get up-to-speed from the outside looking in?

Countries like Ecuador, Panama, and El Salvador are fully dollarized. They enjoy lower inflation, but they’ve also lost the ability to adjust to shocks through their own currency. USD-based stablecoins could accelerate this dynamic 🤔

If the exchange rate cannot absorb shocks, central bankers are left with a more limited toolkit: - Quantitative Easing - Capital buffers or controls - Fiscal policy - Very large rate hikes - direct intervention in markets

On November 7th, Fed Governor Stephen Miran gave a speech about stablecoins, mainly about their effects on yields. He also snuck-in that "incremental dollarization may reduce the benefits of floating exchange rates". Why?

Spent some time mapping where and how different types of blockchain-based systems actually derive value. Here's a simplified framework I used to map the landscape. What resonates (or doesn't)?

I agree with everything here, except that new CONSUMER products will bring more users onchain. I believe the next big wave of innovation will bridge the gap between TradFi and DeFi for INSTITUTIONS
