@loveholidays how can you confirm a booking months ago and then 2 days before the holiday tell us the hotel is overbooked and give us no time and leave us with little to no options!

@loveholidays@BCG2121 No point you guys suck cancelled my holiday whilst all the other providers are still going through the uae then stole travel insurence money as non refundable when i didnt cancel the holiday. Now same holiday is hundreds more on worse airline never using @loveholidays again

Added to my "never use again" list after denying me a change of dates when they had availability. They insisted my only option was cancel at a 100% loss. WorseThan @loveholidays and that's saying something.

@loveholidays booked a holiday and all the reference numbers you provided are wrong. We have had to call the flight carrier and the hotel. The hotel wants to speak to the lead and passenger separately because of your error! This has been so frustrating!!

Please wake up. And confirm our booking. You gave taken payment …we should have had an email from you last week with a booking reference number, and confirmation. This is not good.
