@loveholidays booked a holiday and all the reference numbers you provided are wrong. We have had to call the flight carrier and the hotel. The hotel wants to speak to the lead and passenger separately because of your error! This has been so frustrating!!

@rolandgarros terrible ticketing system! Made it to the ticket site and tried to add tickets to my cart so many times. Told each time ‘someone else has this ticket in their basket’ - what is the point?! #rolandgarros

@lufthansa @MUC_Airport How can I check flight status when you haven’t arranged another flight. There is no option to rebook unless with a 20 hour stopover which is ridiculous. Please advise

After snow and freezing rain, only very limited air traffic is possible at @Muc_Airport. We have therefore adjusted the flight schedule. Please check the flight status at Lufthansa.com & in the app before traveling to the airport.
