After 90 mins @UberEats automatically switched my order to pickup and tried to charge me for cancelling it lol, must’ve seen me talking shit. Anyway just cancelled uber one, fuck this shitty shyster company

@UberEats whoever in your organization decided that the correct approach to limited couriers is charging users immediately for an uncancellable order then waiting 15 extra minutes to submit the order to the store, I wish them a painful & permanent rectal prolapse

@UberEats My pizza delivery took over an hour and arrived cold. Customer support was not helpful and kept repeating the same response. It would help to have better support based in Canada. Very disappointing experience. PS: I’m not asking for refund. @Uber_Support

Livid. @UberEats driver took a photo of the building next door and never delivered food to me or the building next door. Customer service is nonexistent and driver isn't answering his phone. Never again #ubereats.

I placed a food order from Darrow’s New Orleans Grill on January 31 that was assigned to an Uber driver using the handle “Felipe.” The driver did not deliver the order to the assigned address and still kept the tip. This resulted in both a missing meal and an unjustified charge. No Follow-ups either. @_askubereats_cs #ubereats @UberEats

@UberEats Uber eats is scam company. Their delivery driver send my order to incorrect address and they refuse refund Money back and we have included a tip. Bad customer service Leo was not helpful at all.
