- a BPM core
- a body cardio (this is not my first one btw)
- a beamO
- a U-scan device
- a monthly subscription to Withings+
- U-scan nutrio cartridges on a regular basis And now you also want me to pay for simply having access to the data of the remaining nutrio cartridges tests!!! This is ABUSE! Please make my data available - i.e. Uscan subscription not required to be able to use the cartridges I paid, and the device I paid and the application I paid!!!) I’m very shocked. This is clearly abusive. This is destructing the trust your customers have in you and your brand. Please fix. Thank you PS: don’t ask me to come to DM. Just find me in your support system (which is very bad) and fix my problem. PS2: I sent a dozen messages to your support - I really tried.

Hey @AskWithings, it seems that the recent iOS app (Portugal account, Portugal AppStore), no longer shows Pulse Wave Velocity from the Body Cardio scales. It only shows Vascular Age. It is present on web, and is present in data export. Any change you'd put it back in the app?

@moueza @WithingsFR Bonjour, pour le bras droit, le cylindre métallique doit rester vers le haut. Placez le capteur sur la face interne du bras, aligné avec l'artère. N'oubliez pas de modifier le paramètre "Bras utilisé" dans l'app Withings pour garantir la précision de l'ECG. Cordialement -Marwen

@AskWithings @WithingsFR Merci. Comme on est censé se concentrer sur la plus haute tension des 2 bras, si c'est le droit, la mesure est meilleure avec la partie métallique du cylindre, en haut ou en bas (symetrie centrale vs axiale) ?

@rupert_hughes Hello Rupert, to fix this, go to Settings > Withings. Set Location to Always, enable Precise Location, and turn on Background App Refresh. Ensure Low Power Mode is off, then force restart the app to sync. If this didn't help, please reach out via direct messages. Regards -Marwen

@Withings your app is a total mess. Data all over the place and hidden in your quest to force us to subscribe to read our own metrics . Trying to find body fat for example takes 15 mins and 34 clicks through try and error . Make a “at a glance “‘screen with all last measurements

@Withings I cannot log in on my iOS app. I CAN login using the web browser with the same credentials (email and password) . I have to use the password to try to log in a your system will not send me a code.

@AskWithings I CANNOT login into the app using email and password. I CAN login to my account using the web browser using the same credentials, (latest iOS / iPhone). I CAN see my historical data on my account from web browser.
