Can't access YouTube with Google account If you see the following message, "Sorry, you can't access YouTube with your Google Account. Your access has been restricted by your administrator," it means your Google Workspace domain administrator has not enabled YouTube as a service

@AskWorkspace My Google Workspace sign-up got stuck after my internet connection failed during checkout for leonardvoss.com. The payment never completed, but Google now treats the domain as reserved. ICANN shows it’s not registered, so I can’t verify ownership.
