Part of the reason GLP-1 meds work is it stimulates natural GLP-1 satiety hormones. The irony being those receptors r very often damaged by diet culture advice like, "just eat 1 200 calories or less", don't eat olive oil or nuts, eat fat free options

There are tons of people with no interest in losing weight who drink regular soda. The collective weight loss across America if they switched to diet would be astounding.
