The first 60 seconds of your life programmed your immune system FOREVER. Babies born vaginally are inoculated with Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium from the birth canal. These bacteria colonize the infant gut and begin training the immune system to distinguish friend from foe. Babies born by C-section miss this entirely. Instead, their guts are colonized by HOSPITAL BACTERIA— Staphylococcus, Enterococcus, Klebsiella. Organisms from skin, surfaces, and surgical environments. These aren’t the bacteria your immune system evolved to meet first. The differences persist for months to years. And the downstream consequences are measurable: → C-section birth is associated with higher rates of asthma → Higher rates of allergies and atopic dermatitis → Higher rates of obesity and type 2 diabetes → Higher rates of celiac disease → A systematic review of over 20 million deliveries linked C-sections to increased risk of ADHD and autism spectrum disorders The leading hypothesis: the disrupted microbiome during a critical window of immune development alters immune tolerance for life. Your immune system learned who to fight and who to trust in the first days after birth. If the wrong bacteria showed up first, the calibration was off from day one. 32% of births in the US are C-sections. In some countries it exceeds 50%. This isn’t anti-C-section. Sometimes it saves lives. No parent should feel guilt over a medical decision that protected their child. But the microbiome consequences are real, measurable, and almost never discussed with parents before or after delivery. Your gut health story didn’t start with your diet. It started with your birth.

Men that are more likely to watch porn, masturbate and be hypersexual have BRAIN INFLAMMATION There is evidence that sex addicts (this counts of masturbation addicts as well) have higher tumor necrosis factor (TNF), with a strong correlation between TNF levels and high scores in hypersexuality rating scales. A few simple tricks to lower brain inflammation: -30-50 blackseeds daily ("the cure for every disease except death") -FUN, ENJOYABLE, CREATIVE and EXPLORATORY exercise/activity -Avoid excess phosporous (limit seed oils, excess grains, nuts, seeds etc) -20,000IU Vitamin D -Glycine – it decreases inflammation and lowers endotoxins – 5g x3 daily

🚨BREAKING: Anthropic just open-sourced a powerful new framework for building AI agents and made it publicly available in a GitHub directory. It’s called “Skills” and it redefines how we work with Claude. Instead of repeating prompts, developers can now create reusable “skills” that package instructions, workflows, and logic into a single unit. A Skill = a structured capability an AI can reliably execute. For example: • Analyze datasets and generate reports • Create structured documents • Automate multi-step workflows • Execute internal business processes Each skill is: • Modular, reusable across projects • Versioned, continuously improvable • Dynamically loaded, used only when needed This solves key problems in today’s AI systems: → Repetitive prompting → Inconsistent outputs → Limited scalability The bigger shift: From: “Prompt engineering” To: “Programmable, reusable AI systems” This is a foundational step toward more reliable, production-ready AI agents. If you're building with AI, this is worth your attention.

🚨BREAKING: ANTHROPIC IS GIVING AWAY THE SAME CERTIFICATION THAT DELOITTE IS MASS-TRAINING 15,000 EMPLOYEES TO GET. It costs $0. You need a laptop. That's it. It's called the "Claude Certified Architect." Think of it like the AWS cert but for AI. If you were around when AWS certs started, you know what happened. They went from "cool to have" to "you're not getting hired without one." That took about 5 years. This is going to happen way faster. Look at who's already moving: Accenture - training 30,000 people on Claude Cognizant - rolled it out to 350,000 employees Deloitte - opened Claude access to 470,000 people Infosys - anchor partner These aren't startups experimenting. These are billion dollar consulting firms restructuring their entire workforce around Claude. And the certification they need? You can take it right now from your bedroom. Let me be real though. This is not one of those "watch 2 videos and get a badge" type certs that nobody respects. This thing is hard. 60 questions. 2 hours. Proctored. Webcam on. No breaks. No googling. They drop you into real scenarios like designing a customer support agent that handles refunds or setting up Claude in a CI/CD pipeline. The wrong answers look right on purpose. They're the exact mistakes real engineers make in production. 720 out of 1000 to pass. People who took it are saying the agentic architecture and multi-agent orchestration sections are brutal. Most of the exam is about building AI systems that actually work in the real world. Not prompting. Not chatting with Claude. Architecting production systems. All the prep? Free. Anthropic put out 13 courses on their Academy. No paywall. The cert itself is free for the first 5,000 people. After that $99 per attempt. How to get it: 1. Join the Claude Partner Network (free) → partnerportal.anthropic.com 2. Start the free prep courses → anthropic.com/learn 3. Register for the exam → anthropic.skilljar.com 4. Take the official practice exam 5. Book the real one when you're ready It launched 10 days ago. Almost nobody has it yet. That's the whole point. Get it before it becomes the thing everyone has.

@DashiJador Such a thing seems regrettably understandable, and i promise you that this will not be the case in my request. @GetJafix can probably vouch, as the matter relates to something similar, with bugs; thought this might be something along your line of interest, If you might deign a DM
