The Essence of Humanity! 💯 Respect transcends boundaries of gender, age, and nationality, embodying the core of human decency. Genuine communication, characterised by face-to-face interactions, quality time, and collaborative problem-solving, strengthens our connections. In the past, attire was more than just clothing; it was a gesture of respect, both for oneself and for others. Today, we must strive to uphold these timeless values in our ever-evolving world. 💭

🇨🇳 China’s decision to ghost NVIDIA’s H200 chips after Trump 🇺🇸 personally approved their sale is a strategic move in power politics. Despite the US lifting restrictions, Beijing remains firm, choosing to develop its own technology. This action demonstrates China’s importance and ability to influence others, while also asserting its independence. The global economy remains interconnected, though Beijing seems to hold significant influence.

🇬🇷 Ancient Greeks gave the world almost everything (sports, arts, sciences, etc.)—they gave us even the very words to argue about them. 2,500 years later and the West is still speaking fluent Hellenic without a thank-you note. Jacqueline de Romilly was right: our vocabulary is basically rented Greek real estate. 👑 That’s not megalomania. It’s only respectful acknowledgment of facts. 💯

In the Information Age, ignorance thrives because too many ‘wise’ ones—historians, directors, politicians—trade truth for safety. 🙅🏻 Nolan knew the Odyssey wasn’t a DEI pamphlet, yet rewrote it for Oscar checkboxes. That’s not adaptation; it’s surrender. Real courage looks like this: respect the source, tell the story unfiltered, and let the mob seethe. Homer didn’t consult focus groups. Neither should modern storytellers. Always speak your truth, regardless of how inconvenient to some might be. 💯

@HomerPavlos I can’t really blame them! 😎 If I were in their position, I would also aspire to gain glory or be part of such a magnificent heritage as the Greek one. 🇬🇷👑 Alexander the Great is said to hail from “Skopje,” Greeks are claimed to be Africans, Turkey seems to believe they own the whole country and the list goes on. Despite living in the information era, people seem increasingly uninformed. Even worse, they believe they know… There are numerous reliable and objective sources available for those seeking historical education, but it’s certainly easier to echo what you hear than to invest quality time in learning. 📚 Arguing with a fool proves there are two. Let them believe whatever they wish. We know our true history and roots, and those genuinely interested will take the time to seek and learn. 📖 Our sole responsibility is to ensure our government allocates resources to actions with careful measures to guarantee proper outcomes.

This is pure racism against us Greeks. They hate us. We are facing direct attacks on our history, our mythology, and our culture, simply because we demand proper representation. Christopher Nolan is to blame, along with all the academics who remain silent.

Vladimir Lenin once said: “If you want to crush the middle class, grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation.” 💭💯 Greece looks impressive on paper — GDP growing, primary surpluses, and VAT collection soaring thanks to digital enforcement and reforms. But peel back the numbers and the picture is bleak. The “growth” is largely powered by a rising tax burden, floods of EU recovery money, and tourism that pads the stats without lifting everyday life. Greek salaries are the second-lowest in the entire EU (just above Bulgaria), while the cost of living — especially in cities — is far closer to Western European levels. The middle class is being quietly squeezed: higher taxes, eroded purchasing power, and stagnant real wages. Numbers don’t lie, but they hide who’s footing the bill. 📝

Greece was once shut out of markets and collecting too little tax. Today it runs a primary budget surplus and stands as one of only five EU countries to do so. Tax administration reform powered this striking reversal. imf.org/en/news/articl…

The most valuable asset is one’s brain. 🧠 Formal education is one way to expand knowledge, but it’s not the only one. 🇬🇷 Ancient Greeks, known for their intellectual prowess, understood this. They considered education (paideia) the foundation of civilisation and a lifelong pursuit of holistic development. It aimed to shape character, produce virtuous individuals, and prepare citizens for active governance. ✨ Instead of focusing on papers and certificates 📑 , focus on personal growth. Your brain is your most valuable asset. Use it or lose it. 👑

I thought of not responding at all — most comments were either bots or hollow rhetoric with almost zero real knowledge on the topic. But here’s one fact-based answer to bury the whataboutism once and for all. 💯 The Dodecanese islands? 🇮🇹 Italy seized them in 1912 during the Italo-Turkish War. The Treaty of Lausanne (1923) didn’t “give” them to Italy — Turkey 🇹🇷 explicitly renounced all claims to them (Article 15). They were Italian territory for decades. After Italy lost WWII, the 1947 🇫🇷 Paris Peace Treaties transferred them to Greece🇬🇷. Full stop. Sovereign decision by the Allies, based on the overwhelmingly Greek population and history. Turkey had zero legal say, just like it had renounced Cyprus 🇨🇾 in the same treaty. “Both declared war on Germany 🇩🇪 at the last minute”? Really? 🇬🇷 Greece fought the Axis from 1940 — bled for years against Italy 🇮🇹 and Germany 🇩🇪. 🇹🇷 Turkey stayed neutral, then symbolically declared war in February 1945 to get a UN seat. Equating heroic resistance with opportunistic paperwork is historical inaccurate and fanfiction. This isn’t the “root of the problem.” The actual root is Turkey’s 1974 invasion and ongoing occupation of 37% of EU member Cyprus — complete with 40,000 troops, settlers, and ethnic cleansing that displaced 200,000 Greek Cypriots. A blatant land grab by a NATO member against a sovereign state. The EU’s endless “deep concern” memos while it lectures the world on Ukraine? That’s the credibility black hole Michael Rubin rightly called out. You can’t cry about 80-year-old Allied decisions on Italian spoils while holding stolen EU 🇪🇺 territory at gunpoint. Treaties aren’t a buffet. You don’t get to ignore Lausanne on Cyprus, then invoke selective history on the Aegean to justify revisionism. Cyprus isn’t “complicated.” It’s simple: End the occupation, respect sovereign borders, and maybe Europe’s sermons on international law will land with something other than eye-rolls. Facts over feelings. Debate closed. 👑

@Aster_Rex_I @mrubin1971 The islands were given to Italy in 1923 with the Treaty of Lausanne. Following Italy's defeat in World War 2, they were transferred to Greece. However, Türkiye, like Greece, declared war on Germany at the last minute. This deliberate transfer by UK, US is the root of this problem

🤖 OpenAI just got sued for wiring ChatGPT with Facebook Pixel + Google Analytics — turning your most intimate queries (health crises, financial panics, legal nightmares) into real-time ad bait for Zuck and the Goog. 👎🏼 If this sticks, it’s not a bug. It’s the business model. They sold us ‘truth-seeking AI that respects humanity’… while piping your soul straight to the surveillance machine. 🕵🏼 Bigger picture: This is surveillance capitalism wearing an AGI mask. Trust in AI dies the second your private thoughts become someone else’s targeting data. As I often say, it’s not the business, but its leadership. ⚜️

OpenAI and Sam Altman just got caught selling your private ChatGPT conversations to Meta and Google A class action lawsuit has been filed accusing OpenAI of secretly sharing millions of users’ ChatGPT queries with Meta and Google - without any consent The lawsuit reveals OpenAI embedded tracking technology (including Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics) directly into the ChatGPT website. Every time you type a query, your conversation along with your personal identifiers is automatically sent to Meta and Google Yes. Your private questions, sensitive topics, and personal information are being leaked to two of the biggest data harvesting companies in the world The lawsuit reveals this data is being used for marketing, advertising, and building detailed user profiles. All while Sam Altman publicly pretends to care about safety, privacy, and “responsible AI” and doing exactly opposite This is a deliberate attempt to profit off your private conversations They sold you out While users trusted ChatGPT with their thoughts, ideas, problems, and personal information, OpenAI was busy piping that data straight to Meta and Google behind the scenes This is a massive violation of privacy and trust

Peak 2026: You confide in ChatGPT like a digital priest, and it immediately snitches to the ad gods. 🙅🏻 ‘Helpful and harmless’ my @$$ — this is just another data vacuum with better PR. If the suit sticks, OpenAI owes every user therapy… and a class-action check. The real AI alignment problem? They aligned with Meta’s pixel instead of your privacy. ✋🏼

While I respect Nolan’s films, this Odyssey already feels like it’s sailing straight into historical fiction. 🤔 Homer didn’t write an epic so Hollywood could turn ancient Hellas into a modern DEI casting call. 🙅🏻 Odysseus outwitted gods and monsters, not focus groups and agendas. Let us, the Greeks keep our heritage — or at least cast some who know how to pronounce it. 🇬🇷

This is what the woke agenda does to our history. They take one of the greatest stories ever told—The Odyssey—and turn it into a casting checklist. Instead of the beauty that launched a thousand ships, honor, war, and timeless truth, they replace it with modern ideology that has nothing to do with the actual story. The goal isn’t better art. It’s to erase excellence, rewrite the past, and make everything about identity instead of merit. This is cultural vandalism dressed up as “progress.”

Stoicism and self-mastery hold profound significance in one’s life, particularly for a man, yet they remain woefully underestimated. 👑 All begins within. Just as a skyscraper cannot rise without a firm foundation, so too must one’s inner realm be harmonised before crafting a life of health and success. Fundamentals first! ✨

🔍 Google is now actively talking with SpaceX to start developing orbital 🛰️ data centers as part of Project Suncatcher — space-based AI computing infrastructure powered by solar energy, designed to operate beyond Earth’s limitations. This marks a significant leap: moving critical data processing and AI capabilities into orbit. True technological and civilisational sovereignty will not be decided only on the ground. The nations and companies that master energy and compute infrastructure in space too, will hold a decisive long-term advantage in the coming era. 👑 While governments fight over terrestrial resources and rare earths at the moment, the real architecture of future power is quietly being built above us. The next frontier is not optional. It is inevitable. ⚜️ #SpaceInfrastructure #Google #SpaceX #OrbitalDataCenters #SovereignMind #CivilisationalPower

Power play in action. 🔥 That’s undoubtedly one of the most important moments before the meeting even begins — your one chance to unconsciously set the frame: dominance or submission. Most people miss this invisible psychological game entirely. One side is trying to show they’re in power… the other simply is. Trump brought the signature clasp-and-yank. Xi answered with the Great Wall of Grip. Game, set, and home-turf match to the man who didn’t flinch. 👑

🇺🇸 🇨🇳 During the Beijing summit, Xi Jinping delivered a dual message: America and China should be “partners, not rivals,” while explicitly referencing the Thucydides Trap — the dangerous dynamic between a rising power and an established one. 🪤 This is calculated diplomacy. 📝 Xi is simultaneously extending an olive branch and reminding the United States of the structural risks of great-power conflict. In the new multipolar era, surface rhetoric of cooperation masks deep strategic rivalry. True sovereignty is not found in naive hopes of partnership, but in understanding historical patterns, maintaining strategic clarity, and preparing for the inevitable tensions between established and rising powers. History does not always repeat, but it often rhymes. Great powers rarely share the throne comfortably. 👑 #TrumpXi #ThucydidesTrap #USChina #Geopolitics #Realpolitik #SovereignMind #PowerStructures

While I deeply respect much of Nolan’s work, I agree with Elon here. 🇬🇷 Greek myths and heritage deserve to be portrayed with cultural authenticity — the people who created and preserved these stories for millennia should be reflected in the casting. The 2004 Troy showed it’s possible to do it right without sacrificing drama. When adaptations prioritise modern messaging over fidelity to the source, it risks turning epic storytelling into something else entirely. Odysseus and Helen deserve their legacy honored, not rewritten. ⚜️
