What seems more likely, in a moment of panic she reached to shift from reverse to drive and pressed on the gas moments before turning the steering wheel

Because the ground is frozen, the tires have no traction and spin in place. Had there been no ice, the car very likely would have head-on struck the officer standing in front of the vehicle.

There was no reason to surround her car. She was murdered and all you people can do is try to justify this?

Democrats call for rioters to “put your body on the line.” Rioters do that. One eventually gets shot while accelerating an SUV into an ICE agent. Democrats and leftists blame the Trump administration and urge for more direct action against ICE.

Whatever you think about whether the officer should have acted differently, please, please look at who these people are. In this moment, calling it an "assassination," is putting a target on the back of every immigration officer out there. Good people, trying to do their jobs. It's fomenting further unrest and chaos. It's so incredibly dangerous and irresponsible.

OK, and this angle settles it. She actually makes contact with the officer in front of the vehicle. You can hate ICE, but this angle is definitive. He fired in self-defense after she made frontal contact.

You cannot tell everything about a police shooting from some video, dudes. There will be (potentially) body camera footage, forensic evidence, witness testimonies, etc. This is really amateur hour on this website today, although even the president and VP are doing it.

Today, ICE officers in Minneapolis were conducting targeted operations when rioters began blocking ICE officers and one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them—an act of domestic terrorism.
An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots.
He used his training and saved his own life and that of his fellow officers.
The alleged perpetrator was hit and is deceased. The ICE officers who were hurt are expected to make full recoveries.
This is the direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers by sanctuary politicians who fuel and encourage rampant assaults on our law enforcement who are facing 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats.
This is an evolving situation, and we will give the public more information as soon as it becomes available.
