Velo Plus , Zone , Grizzly etc much better. Your head might feel like that because Zyn dumps all its nicotine in a few minutes vs other pouches it’s more of an extended release

Once we have long term data it’ll be very interesting to see exactly how bad it is vs cigs

@beast2xHD @currencylabor @brian_macisaac @Be_like_yankee There’s nothing super concrete or long term but the longest running studies and data show it’s significantly safer than cigarettes but I’m not 100% sure what vapes they’re using for the tests if it’s disposable or something refillable. Fuck both pouches are the way to go

I started doing research and it’s basically almost equally as bad. However ive been nicotine free for 3 months now, if I ever went back I’d buy cigarettes, not those vapes.

With cigarettes you’re inhaling superheated air 650+ degrees and being exposed to over 7000 chemicals at least 70 are known carcinogens vs gas station vapes aren’t superheated and MIGHT expose you to what 10-20 chemicals vs 7000?
