The Sun in H Alpha today showing a long filament - 200,000 miles in length.

Jupiter on April 2nd with Io & Ganymede. A brief period of very good seeing around sunset. Io is in transit with Ganymede nearby. Unfortunately seeing deteriorated with an approaching weather front so was not able to capture later images with Io's shadow on the disk.

Jupiter with GRS on March 31st. Highly variable seeing then clouds arrived ending play early. The GRS, NNTZ-LRS and Spot Z are all on view. Note the small dark spots passing the GRS - these are STBn jetstream spots. You can see one looks highly distorted right on the edge of the GRS near the 8 o'clock position due to the strong wind shear.
