I'm so excited for GTA6. I hope it's more RDR2 than GTA5, that sprawling epic that matters. GTA5 is for autistic Gen Z kids.
The online generates them a fortune, and it's awful. They could make it great with the RP shit, we'll see.

@GameRoll_ I can't see an advantage. With GTA Online, I can see an early access deal, to stress test and bug test the game, but nah.

I personally do not believe that there’ll be a version of GTA 6 that offers early access.
That strategy is for games that aren’t going to sell millions of copies per month for the next 15 years like GTA 6 will. I imagine that studios do it when the long-term success of a game isn’t guaranteed and they need to make as much money as quickly as possible.
There is zero reason for Rockstar to alienate a chunk of their player base for a quick buck. It would just be a dumb decision that’d result in a huge hit to their reputation. They’ve never done it before, and I cannot in any capacity see them doing it now.

I watched TROY again and I think the problem is Brad Pitt is the definitive Achilles. Anything below his feral physical perfection comes off like weak ass cosplay. Every man is Elliot Page compared to this guy.
