It is absolutely relevant now. In 10 years from now last Kaspa coin is mined. From that moment on, transaction fees need to cover all mining activities. Too high fees will keep developers away. While for bitcoin a slow adoption is fine, for Kaspa a fast adoption is essentially. The lower the adoption for Kaspa, the higher the transaction fees. Until here it looks like price isn’t important, until you think twice… The only way to bypass this, the so called tail emission. I am fully aware this is an unpopular opinion, but we will need it. And here the price matters. The higher the price the lower the planned tail emission. The lower the Kaspa price, the higher the needed emission. Higher emission equals higher inflation. Since people are attracted to pumping coins, and this boosts the adoption, we need higher prices now to avoid a move to tail emissions later. Again… only 10 years left! This is nothing. Look what adoption Bitcoin had after 14 years - big but mostly useless. Kaspa struggles heavily to follow this success. So we can expect an even slower adoption. Conclusion: a Kaspa pump above 40ct is not optional, it’s urgently needed.

Nope. Kaspa has only 10 years left. You wonder why 10 years? Kaspa’s biggest driver are the low fees. These fees cannot pay the miners! In 10 years all coins are mined and there are not enough rewards for stabilizing the network. Conclusion: Kaspa needs TAIL EMISSION then. People don’t like the idea, but if this is the only way to stabilize the network, they will accept it. The 27b limit will fall. We had this problem earlier with Monero - and Kaspa will follow this path. All this happens with Kaspa 100 years earlier than Bitcoin. Bitcoiners will laugh about it. They will call Kaspa a scam. In 114 years, Bitcoin will also switch to tail emission. None of today’s Bitcoin idealists will still be alive by then. It’ll simply be seen as a necessary step - not the resistance they would face today. What could be the alternative? Kaspa smart contracts and many people who use it. Honestly, does Kaspa really have this acceptance in 10 years from now? I don’t think so.

@low_IQ_trader Es geht erstmal nur um das Handeln, also das kaufen und verkaufen - Genau hier ist der deutsche Staat ein Problem. Es ist ein Unterschied, ob ich einmal eine Steuer zahle, oder ob ich das nach jedem Trade mache. Das gilt es zu umgehen.

Wirklich unglaublich: Die Grünen haben jetzt tatsächlich den ersten Gesetzentwurf zur Abschaffung der steuerfreien Haltefrist bei Bitcoin und Krypto eingebracht. Begründet wird das Ganze mit dem „Schließen von Gerechtigkeits- bzw. Besteuerungslücken“. Gleichzeitig sollen Kryptogewinne aber dauerhaft mit dem persönlichen Einkommensteuersatz versteuert werden, also potenziell mit bis zu 45% + Soli. Genau das ist die eigentliche Katastrophe. Denn statt sich an der Besteuerung von Aktien zu orientieren, die pauschal mit der Kapitalertragsteuer besteuert werden, behandelt man langfristige Krypto-Investments plötzlich wie normales Arbeitseinkommen. Das ist wirtschaftlich völlig absurd. Wer jahrelang Risiko trägt, privat vorsorgt und Kapital aufbaut, wird damit steuerlich immer stärker bestraft. Es wird wirklich von Jahr zu Jahr schlimmer.

@CoinImpulse Wenn man einen XRP Maxi zerstören will, dann sagt man ihm einfach dass Ripple zwar ein guten Ökosystem aufbauen könnte, aber die Banken die Bedingung stellen, das mit einem anderen Coin zu betreiben. Ripple würde dieser Forderung in jedem Fall nachkommen.

XRP braucht keine Bank dieser Welt mehr. Stablecoins erfüllen 1:1 denselben Zweck, nur ohne Volatilität. Warum sollte eine Bank 100 Millionen US-Dollar mit XRP um die Welt schicken und das Risiko eingehen, dass der Kurs in dieser Zeit einbricht? Auch wenn es nur ein paar Sekunden sind, ist es ein unnötiges Risiko für Banken. „Es ist aber Brückenliquidität!“ Na und? Am Ende erfüllt es exakt denselben Zweck wie Stablecoins (grenzüberschreitende Zahlungen, schnell und zu niedrigen Kosten). Nur mit Volatilität. Mittlerweile kann man auf Börsen auch US-Dollar- und Euro-Stablecoins umwandeln. XRP macht also null Sinn. Aus irgendeinem Grund investieren vor allem Anfänger in Shitcoins.

Can Google Chrome or Firefox flip Netscape Navigator? Can Instagram outperform MySpace? Can Spotify become bigger than Napster? Can Netflix literally kill Blockbuster? Can an Apple iPhone kill Blackberry? The only question is... Will Kaspa ever get a tail emission and if so, how will this affect Kaspa's price. this reflects my opinion: not so soon again (nut until 2034), and here is why I think so: Market cap is $578 million today. When you see altcoins pumping, you will notice that these coins have big promoters or low market cap. Usually between 100-200 millions. This is why dash will not be used for pump&dump. It's too big for these games. When Dash had its ATH in 2017, (~$1600/DASH) we had a market cap of $11 billion, to reach this level again, we need a 10x from now. Even then the price would be only $457/DASH. My experience shows me that a pump is mostly less than 400%. For Dash it would be $30 > $120. Sometimes a second ~380% Pump, which would skyrocket it to $456. You asked for $1000 and i see no reason for this. But this is only a subjective thing. Dash features compared to other coins... Dash supports only mixing for privacy, which is by far not as good as zcash or monero. This might be the reason why the Winklevoss bros decided to support zcash (speculation). "Evolution" has been announced in 2015/2016 and 8 years later (2024) they came up with the genesis release - and it's still pretty far away from what has been announced. Weak social media engagement: When you search for dash on x, you will see new entries every minute, but most of them are not related to the blockchain. For now this chain is in decline, there are not enough promoters. You might hate Kaspa, but i see this as the coin that literally kills zcash and for sure dash too. For ADA, ETH and XMR(monero) I see a much better future than for DASH. When you compare the biggest X accounts for every chain, in terms of followers and likes (lpp = likes per post), you will see that dash community is very very silent these days. Too silent in my opinion. Vorhin gab Ledger bekannt, das erwartete IPO aufgrund schwieriger Marktbedingungen zu verschieben. Gerade eben kündigte Consensys dasselbe an. Während der Aktienmarkt ein Hoch nach dem anderen feiert und KI- & Tech-Unternehmen nicht schnell genug an die Börse kommen, zieht sich Krypto zurück. Einmal mehr der Beweis, dass die Party gerade woanders abgeht und die Degens gerade nicht auf Altcoins, sondern auf KI-Unternehmen springen.

As soon as Kaspa gets private payments, we don’t need Bitcoin anymore. When you apply Elliott waves to Bitcoin, you will notice that Bitcoin will have no new ATH (against gold) in upcoming 8 years. For Kaspa it’s different. This is why I don’t hold Bitcoin at this time. $KAS only strategy for now.

unrealistic cause... Imagine TAO goes down to $194 which i think is realistic. 10 million coins circulating supply = 1.94 Billion market cap Qubic has 83 million market cap now. Imagine Qubic goes up.. In a scenario where TAO falls... It needs a 23x for the same market cap. It needs a 62x... In a scenario where TAO reaches a new ATH It needs a 310x... In case TAO reaches 5x from its past ATH.
