@AttyTMD Yeah -- I wasn't quite sure about that. I was looking at the underlying Fourth Circuit opinions which referred to rules issued in 2017 and 2020. But I very well could be wrong about which specific rule was being challenged!

Immigration judges must follow the normal rules when challenging workplace policies and can't get an injunction in federal court. Big win for President Trump's first-term immigration policies today. *NO* noted dissents.

Echoing the posthumous reversal of Judge Reinhardt, the Supreme Court reminds the Fourth Circuit (which was reversed 100% of the time last term) that they are not a "roving commission[]" to look for wrongs to right.
