What comes after the IDE? This is our take.

Today we’re launching Context Engine MCP. After 1,000s of beta testers and overwhelming feedback, it’s now available to anyone.

We want to bring @AugmentCode Context Engine to more agents and applications. I coded up an MCP server that works in Claude Code, Cursor, @zeddotdev, @GitHubCopilot, @kilocode and more. Makes agents more codebase-aware and smarter. Early version, but give it a try! You need an Augment account. The MCP server won’t consume any credits for now. docs.augmentcode.com/context-servic…

Introducing WarpGrep, a fast context subagent that improves coding agent performance. WarpGrep speeds up coding tasks 40% and reduces context rot by 70% on long horizon tasks by treating context retrieval as its own RL trained system. Inspired by Cognition’s SWE-Grep - we’re opening access to Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode or any coding agent via MCP (or through our SDK)
