@ronsterd89 In the U.S., eggs are washed before they are sold (which is by we have to refrigerate them). So rinsing may not be needed. In other parts of the world, eggs aren’t washed before they are sold so you may want to rinse them. I’m not sure it matters much if you’re going to cook them
