@CoachMonteLee is the right man for the job! One of the best coaches I ever had the honor of shared to dugout with. As a player, you always knew he had your back and that he was putting you in the best position you could be in to be successful. That is why players love him. That is what builds culture. That is how you get a team to pull in the same direction. That is how winning starts!

Put it on the record.. There’s a short list of people who belong in that head coaching spot, and I think Monte is one of few. Knows the program, bleeds for the program, and the kids love him. We need someone the players want to play for and are excited to play for. Got my vote!

2 biggest issues I see from now a distance with Carolina baseball
1. Fundamentals are awful. Tanner teams always had elite defense, could hit and run, and do the little things
2. S&C is terrible. It’s a 40 year behind mindset from what I’ve heard.
Job should be an elite one
