@Delta not only are you making us wait for 1hr15min and counting on the tarmac. You decided to reset the screens an hour ago and still not working, and no wifi Intl flight, tight cnctn. Not to mention no lounge access for Platinum members in ZRH #travel #delta #delay #DL0052

Not only that, after sprinting thru JFK to make our connection @Delta had given away our original Comfort+ seats and then refused to let us sit there despite platinum status and having that originally booked. #DeltaAirlines #travel #airlines

@NickBryantNY @avantgame In Australia, Gun Control was introduced by the most Conservative Prime Minister in a generation, at great risk to his supporter base. Until moderate Republicans show moral courage and coalitions form around this issue, no change can possibly happen and the horror will continue.

We said we would leave America when our kids realised why they rehearsed hiding in their classrooms. We now live in Australia, the model for how to introduce gun laws. I know America, a country I love dearly, will not follow that path, and I fear this will be another Sandy Hook.

@AmericanAir why would your gate staff tell a EP flyer that the flight is full and I cant get on the standby list? Then after me constantly asking for 5 minutes they put me on as the last passenger and I counted at least 8 empty seats. They also turned away 4 or 5 other ppl

Non existent customer service and late flights seems to be the strategy these days. Not sure it's a winning formula...
