@NorthShoreCare The tabs on the megamax are really amazing!! I just wish you would modify your other products to be the same measurements as the Megamax.

Do you prefer hook and loop or tape-style tabs? At NorthShore, we opt for tape-style. The sticky tape provides a heavy-duty hold, while remaining adjustable for a comfortable fit. The refastenable tabs also allow the diaper to be adjusted throughout the day to prevent sagging.

@AutWeirdNQueer @AmberlynWhite That is true, but it's when people respond with hostility to polite attempts to educate or converse that I drop the kindness. I expect some level of reciprocity when I engage respectfully with someone.

@WhereTrueLoveIs As an autistic person I often need my tablet to talk for me and often no one listens to me when I use it or I'm looked at like they've seen a ghost..

@knovastreams I stopped showing up to events with friends, thinking I'd feel better "taking time for me." I didn't. I felt worse and felt even more pressure.. I just want to be normal again.. but my normal was bad masking, which landed me here, so.. if anyone finds out the secret, tell me 😂

Autistic friends.. how do you recover from burn out?

@egyptianruin Thank you 🥺 I always feel bad about taking time for me, like me not being there is going to make it difficult for others. But the lack of assistance I'm getting, the lack of times I'm able to get to a washroom, the lack of support is making me want to look elsewhere.

1) I dont use this account often but I could really use support from my #autistic Friday I had my first workplace meltdown, I was the only cashier, the store was crazy busy, I had no help, I was already in sensory overload and I couldn't even change my incontinence brief

2) fortunately I have an understanding workplace and they felt bad for leaving me alone, and I was able to go home, Saturday was worse because I kept getting stared at from coworkers.. today I called in sick and I feel horrible for doing it..

PSA: not everyone can afford an autism evaluation because they’re $1000-$10,00 USD/CAD and people who belong to minorities are less likely to get referred/accepted for one so stop excluding self diagnosed autistics when you talk about autism 🤝

@Mollys_ADHD I feel I wouldn't have gone through life thinking I'm just stupid and difficult. If I got my autism diagnoses earlier it would've helped me get the assistance I needed.
