@AutoOwnersIns your roadside assistance is brutal! Daughter was in a wreck, I called & couldn’t get the guy to quit talking & trying to give me a gift card! All I wanted was a tow truck! I can’t imagine being on the highway with that experience! FIXIT!

The unprofessional scam practices of @AutoOwnersIns is astonishing! Daughter was involved in a no fault accident that totaled her car, 3 weeks ago. Adjuster does not do phone calls, only emails and now refuses to pay out the claim, and they have vehicle and title I signed over!

Absolutely not ok with the adjuster i got through my @AutoOwnersIns he was rude, disrespectful, and didn’t care about my problems in the slightest. Having kids in their car seats in the car while being rear ended was stressful enough. Add an adjuster who doesn’t give a crap…ugh
