@AirbnbHelp how may hosts have to vacate your platform before you hold guests accountable for their scams OR uphold your platform guidelines. Seriously gone way downhill for 2026. I’m appalled at the lack of support you provide hosts now.

@Airbnb just has a rep cancel a reservation for check in today with no communication to the host, no proof from the guest, just cancel with host penalties! What kind of fraudulent platform are you running @bchesky

@AirbnbHelp so reps can steal from payouts previous reservations from checkout 40 days prior, not have to say anything, just because a guest calls and asks for a refund! It’s no wonder hosts are jumping ship! I’ve never had so many issues with reps as the last 6 months!@bchesky

@AirbnbHelp @bchesky @Airbnb a rep fully refunded a guest 4 days prior to check in solely because a guest changed their mind. This sort of lack of support is getting out of hand. How can any host feel comfortable on this platform when guests control every rep!

@AirbnbHelp absolutely crazy that a rep can cancel a reservation due to check in in 4 days and fully refund the guest with zero communication. That is grand larceny!

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb @AirbnbPolicy watch your payouts hosts! I happened to catch Airbnb going in and canceling PAST reservations and taking the payouts from current payouts. Payouts from guests leaving 5 star reviews! Still no answer from Airbnb, over 5k stolen!

@AirbnbHelp be careful Airbnb hosts @Airbnb Had a 5 star listing get deleted, no explanation, no communication, nothing, cancel dozen future reservations AND then take from my payouts the PREVIOUS stayed guests, that left 5 star reviews! Of course Airbnb has 0 answers. Theft!

@AirbnbHelp when did we start just deleting listings for zero reason, canceling reservations, of a superhost account AND stealing previous payouts for previous guests for a 5 star listing!! What kind of scam is this! Hosts beware! No wonder so many good hosts are jumping ship!

@AirbnbHelp still no answers on how 7512 dollars was deducted from a payout as “resolution” with no case, no communication, no call. Hosts beware of the criminals with access to your accounts. One week later and still no answers and no return of the money.

@AirbnbHelp is it normal support rep practice to steal from payouts, 7k worth at 3am and never say anything to the host?! Just hope we don’t notice! What kind of fraud is Airbnb allowing???

The unprofessional scam practices of @AutoOwnersIns is astonishing! Daughter was involved in a no fault accident that totaled her car, 3 weeks ago. Adjuster does not do phone calls, only emails and now refuses to pay out the claim, and they have vehicle and title I signed over!
